Stephen Anthony Petrovich passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016 at the age of 53 years. Loving son of Anthony M. Petrovich and the late Frances M. Petrovich. Brother of Vinca P. Oubre and Thomas Troy Petrovich. Brother-in-law of Brian D. Oubre. Uncle of Jonathan and Stephanie Oubre. Nephew of Troy Rudy Petrovich and Gail Petrovich, Tom and Carolann Morovich. Godson of Joyce Kurtich. He was a native of Empire, LA and Nairn, LA and a resident of Luling, LA for the past 11 years. He was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church, Luling, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Friday, May 27, 2016 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Port Sulphur, La at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30am until 11am. Interment, Nairn Cemetery. Thanks to Notre Dame Hospice, nurse, Danny Blake, Deacon Brent Bourgeois, faithful friend and helper, Brian D. Oubre and Mrs. Bernadine Fultz, his dedicated caregiver for more than 8 years.
