Steven J. Gauthier, Sr.

Steven J. Gauthier Sr. passed away on January 4, 2017 at the age of 60 years. Beloved husband of Mary Bush Gauthier. Father of Steven J. Gauthier Jr. and Kevin Gauthier. Father-in-law of Ashley Lauland Gauthier. Grandfather of Gavin Joseph Gauthier. Brother of Julie Ditta, Scott, Jon (Sherri) and Ben Gauthier and the late Lori Gauthier. Godfather of Kacie Jo Gros. Son of the late Hubert “Johnny” Gauthier and Elva Jean Lemoine Gauthier. Son-in-law of the late James G. and Dorothy Bush. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Steven was a longtime resident of Terrytown, LA. He worked as a marine surveyor and was a dedicated L.S.U. and Saints football fan.
In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2555 Apollo Drive in Harvey, LA on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
