Tammy Lynn Breaux Cordes peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the age of 52. Beloved and loving wife of the late Rodney Dean Cordes. Daughter of the late Robert Breaux and Gloria Fayard Breaux. Loving mother of Phillip Wayne Costanza, Jr. (Elizabeth Ann Costanza) and Jamie Lynn Martin (Kerry Joseph Martin). Loving Grandmother of Jayce Anthony Martin and Zackery Dean Costanza. Beloved sister of Deborah Forrest, Donna Williams and Kris Breaux. Aunt of Megan Feurtado, Alexa Feurtado, Paula Williams, Macie Williams, Emily Breaux and Devin Breaux. Great Aunt of Ily Fricano. Tammy was born in New Orleans and was a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA.
