Theresa Cadiere Navarro

THERESA CADIERE NAVARRO peacefully entered into eternal rest surrounded by family on Sunday, August 18, 2013, after a hard fought battle with ALS at the age of 72 years. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Beloved wife of Lloyd J Navarro, Sr., mother of Kim Loga (husband, Steve) and Lloyd J Navarro, Jr. Devoted grandmother of Alec, Alaina and Aidan Loga. Daughter of the late Edna Sapia Cadiere and the late Lylie Cadiere, Sr. Sister of Norris Cadiere (Anna Lee), Shirley North, Lylie Cadiere, Jr. (Linda) Bobby Cadiere (Joann), and the late Hazel Callais (the late Dudley, Sr.). Sister-in-law of Raymond Navarro, (the late Sondra). Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. A lifelong resident of Marrero, Louisiana. The family would like to especially thank the staff of Egan Home Health and the CCU nursing staff as well as the rehabilitation facility of West Jefferson Medical Center for the wonderful care and compassion given. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 1 : 30 PM. Visitation will be held from 8:00 AM until funeral time. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna, LA. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Foundation ( www.alsa.org ) will be most appreciated.
