Thomas Joseph Ochello

Thomas Joseph Ochello, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 age 93. Beloved husband of the late Gloria M. Ochello. Father of Bonnie Ponce, Gloria Ranatza, Thomas,Jr. and Louis Ochello, the late Barbara Machosek and Madeline Holcomb. Son of the late Peter and Lena Ochello. Brother of the late Elizabeth Robinson and Esther Laiche. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren. Mr. Ochello was a former member of Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Posse and a WWII Army veteran and a retired pipe fitter with the Belle Chasse Naval Air Station. A native of New Orleans, LA , resident of Tupelo, MS and a former resident of Belle Chasse, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Funeral service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 16, 2011 from 11 AM until service time.
