Thomas “TJ” James Reed, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 19, 2013 at the age of 41. Beloved husband of Ashlee Ford Reed. Son of Linda and Russell Gates. Loving and devoted father of Taylor, Jared, Anjalena and Alexis Reed. Brother of Kimberly Hunter and Katie Gates. Longtime friend of Eugene and Mendy Mayeaux and Jason and Monica Tullier. Son-in-law of Mike and Michella Ford and Vicki Brock. TJ is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Shreveport, LA. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 10AM until 12 Noon. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
