Tina Marie Meeks

Tina Marie Meeks, born in Pasadena, Texas passed away suddenly on May 7, 2017 at 45 years of age. Tina resided in Terrytown, Louisiana for the past several years. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Carol Mae Meeks and Lanny Meeks. Tina is survived by her son, Richard Allen Meeks; brothers, Gregory Meeks (Debora) and Richard Meeks Dauenhauer; her niece, Rayanna Meeks; her Aunt and Uncle, Millie and Monk Dauenhauer whom cared for her since she was 9 years old after the loss of her mother at the age of 39. Tina is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Tina’s four dogs will greatly miss her…she had a love for animals. Once you met Tina you would never forget her vibrant and loving personality. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the LASPCA in memory of Tina. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 8AM until 11AM. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
