Val J. Rein

Val J. Rein passed away on October 22, 2013 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband of Catherine “Cathy” Sick Rein. Father of Julie Rein Evans (Cade), Erin Rein Millwater (John) and Valerie Rein Marmande (Marvin Jr.). Grandfather of Julia, Rein and Aaron Evans, Catherine and Caroline Millwater, Cameron Duval, Marie and Amelie Marmande. Brother of the late Charles and Daniel Rein. Son of the late Edward and Essie Dupuy Rein. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Val graduated from Redemptorist High School and Nicholls State University. He worked for Two-R Drilling Co. for many years and continued with Hercules Drilling Co. An avid outdoorsman, hunter and fisherman, he had many trophies of his trips and adventures.
