Vastie Telusma, born in Jean-Rabel, Haiti on March 10, 1981, and entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the age of 44 surrounded by family. Ms. Telusma lived in Gretna, LA.

Vastie is the daughter of the late Louis Telusma and the Rose Bernilia Telusma. Loving mother of Matthnai H Guirand. She was the loving sister of Jesulene Telusma, Esthere Metayer, Luckson Telusma, Cecilia Cine, Elina Joseph, Ephathe Fleurigene, Elianne Dierestil, Josue Telusma, Eleazard Telusma, and Caleb Telusma.

She was the Pastor of Medemo Church and was a lover of God.

Her funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 26 at Church of Abundant Life, 2301 Par 3, Havery, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, and the funeral service will begin at 10:00 am. Interment to immediately follow at Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Ave, Gretna, LA.
