Vedride Elizabeth Adams Leblanc

Vedride Elizabeth Adams LeBlanc died Friday, December 28, 2012 at Luling Living Center at the age of 93. She was born November 3, 1919 in Lockport; lived in Bridge City for 51 years; and the last 11 years, she resided in Luling Living Center in Luling, LA. She received the order of St. Louis Medallion from the Archdiocese of New Orleans and was named Senior Citizen of the year and Mother of the year at Holy Guardian Angels Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Leblanc; her parents Lovance Adams and Lillian Jane LeBlanc; 3 siblings, Mary Anne Boudreaux, Earlis and Raymond Adams. She is survived by 4 children, Gail Adams (Husband Douglas), Gerald LeBlanc (Wife Brenda Guidry), Gable LeBlanc (Wife Loretta Cessna) and Gregory LeBlanc (Wife Diana Bond); 2 sisters, Annabelle Pennison and Rosalie Arabie; 10 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUENRAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
