Vera Mineo Becnel

Vera Mineo Becnel passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Paul L. Becnel, Sr. Mother of Kathleen Haney (Tommy) and Paul L. Becnel, Jr. (Nancy). Daughter of the late Rose Orlando Mineo and Frank Mineo. Sister of Mary Ann Wieleman and the late Dolores Indelicato. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A native of Algiers, LA, a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, Algiers, LA, and a member of Aragon Caravan #65 and the St. Andrew SAGES. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the funeral mass at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 3101 Eton St., Algiers, LA on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Wednesday from 9 AM until 12 PM.
