Verley Gros Bulmer

Verley Gros Bulmer passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at the age of 87. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, LeRoy E. Bulmer, Jr. Mother of Susan Mumphrey (Kevin) and David Bulmer (Sandra). Beloved grandmother of her only grandchild, Meghan Marie Mumphrey whom she adored and cherished. Daughter of the late Ursule Naquin Gros and Augustin Gros. Sister of Lawrence Gros and the late Marcella Manfre, Vivian Clement Landry and Marguerite Guidroz. Aunt of Cheryl Arceneaux, Loretta Vegas, Catherine Loyacano and Kitty Boyles. Verley is a native and lifelong resident of Marrero. The family would like to extend a special thanks and profound gratitude to Brigette Gaudet, Jane Foret and the entire staff of Tranquil Living in Marrero. Personal thanks to Ms. Chris Wilson for her special companionship and care. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 10AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
