Victor Vernon Peterson

Victor Vernon Peterson passed away on February 24, 2016 at the age of 75 years. Survivors include his former wife, Gaynell Hebert Peterson and their children, Steven Peterson (Shannon), Craig Peterson (Debbie), Tracey Huff (Robert) and Brian Peterson (Ginger). Grandfather of Craig, Megan, Devan, Derek, Katelyn, Kyle and Sierra. Great-grandfather of Evelin.
Brother of the late Catherine Lucille Peterson, Bobby Peterson, Verna Morel, Sarah Kolb, Clifton Peterson and Johnny Peterson. Son of the late Catherine May Peterson and Joseph Stephen Peterson. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
He retired from Ray Bros. and worked as a sheet metal mechanic for over 40 years. He enjoyed fishing with family and close friends. He will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, February 29, 2016 from 9 AM until 1 PM. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale, LA.
