Vincent Charles Michell

Vincent Charles Michell, MD of Gretna, LA passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the age of 49. Beloved husband of Miray Pinar Michell. Devoted father of Carlo “C.J.” Joseph Pars Michell. Son of the late Carlo "C.J." Michell and Marie Bergeron Michell. Brother of Carla M. Lewis (Tim), Letty M. Lizana (late Florian), Kellsie M. Maldonado (Keith), and the late Shay M. Terrebonne (Randall). Son in law of Huseyin and Handan Pinar. Brother in law of Onur Pinar (Olga). Grandson of the late Vincent Charles and Lena Macalusa Michell, and the late Edward C. and Delphine Gisclair Bergeron. He is survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was a graduate of Archbishop Shaw High School, LSU, and Tulane Medical School. “Vinny” was proud to have fulfilled a longtime dream of developing his own successful practice, Vitality New Orleans. He was an active member of the Community, Rotary Club, and Shaw Alumni Association, and Age Management Medicine Association. He will be sadly missed by all and will be remembered for his incredible smile, infectious laugh, generosity, and kind heart.
