Virginia Miller Farr, age 87 peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 2, 2015. Beloved wife of the late B.J. Farr. Devoted, loving and dedicated mother to Arminda K. Tessitore and the late Michael Henry Farr (Wife, the late Linda Farr). Loving grandmother to Rayshel Cortez, Ashley Tessitore and the late Erica Farr. “Honey” to Kaiden Cortez and Kaleb Tingle. Aunt of the late Bill King (survived by wife, Margaret). Great Aunt of Michael King and Arminda King. Virginia is preceded in death by 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She was born in Hamilton, Alabama and was a resident of Marrero, Louisiana. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 10AM until 1:30PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:30PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
