Walter "Les" York

Walter “Les” York (Da Cocka), age 60 years, departed this life on July 8, 2011. Beloved companion of Myrt Abram. Son of the late Arnold York and Gwendolyn Woods York. Brother of Arnold “A.L” York and the late Diane Wingerter. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Huntington Ingalls Industries are invited to a celebration of Les’ life at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, July 16, 2011. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 11 AM and services will follow. Interment will take place at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna.
