Wayne Paul Delaune passed away on February 18, 2011. He was 69 years of age and resided in Marrero, LA. Beloved husband of Audrey Rotolo Delaune. Father of Wayne Jude Delaune, Sr. and Stacey Delaune Simmons. Father-in-law of Holli Wattigny Delaune and Dwight Simmons, Jr. Grandfather of Allie and Wayne Jude Delaune, Jr. Brother of Toni Hammond, Rene Vinet, Sharon Bullock, Tayna Crouchet, the late Goldie Cressonie, Marilyn Rodrigue, Roger Dale Delaune and Norman Delaune, Jr. Son of the late Muriel Correll Delaune and Norman Delaune, Sr.
Relatives, friends, members and employees of Carpenters Local Union No. 1846, Waterford III, Sulzer Turbo and St. John Bosco Church are invited to attend the Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 9 AM. Interment will follow at Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale. Visitation will take place at the Funeral Home on Sunday from 6 PM to 10 PM and Monday from 7:30 AM to 9 AM.
