Wesley Joseph Sperier

Wesley Joseph Sperier entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at the age of 94. Beloved son of the late Walter Felix Sperier and Alice Heidemann Sperier. Brother of Donald R. Sperier, Ray A. Sperier, Ronnie M. Sperier, Gloria M. Mason and the late Lucille R. Gould. Wesley was a member of several square dancers’ organizations. He served in the United States Navy. He was a graduate of LSU in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for Boeing Corporation in Seattle, Washington and did work on the B-29. Wesley was a lifelong resident of Algiers, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Algiers Point on Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 11AM until 12PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church on Thursday at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
