Wilbert “Cowboy” Pierce, age 79 entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 22, 2013. Former husband of Linda Eschette. Son of the late Webb Pierce, Sr. and Mae Adam Pierce. Father of June Pierce Whaler. Devoted friend of Nancy Ting. Brother of Bobby Pierce, Steve Pierce and Webb Pierce, Jr. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 11AM until 2:30PM. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Crown Point, LA on Thursday at 3PM. Interment will immediatey follow in St. Pius Mausoleum, St. Francis Walk, Crown Point, LA.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Lafitte, LA on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at 11AM.
