William "Billy" Joseph Guillory Jr

William “Billy” Joseph Guillory Jr, born in Cottonport, LA on December 26, 1956, and entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the age of 68 surrounded by family. Mr. Guillory lived in Marrero, LA.

Billy is the beloved husband of 43 years to Flor Arboleda Guillory. He is the son of the late William Joseph Guillory Sr. and Rose Laborde Guillory. Loving father of Jessica Riche (Jason), Andrea Manno (Brock), and William J. Guillory III (Itzel). Loving grandfather of Kaiden and Kinsleigh Riche, Adrianna and Adrian Manno, and Marisol and William J. Guillory IV. Loving brother to Sandra G. Aymond (Wayne), Earline G. Thibodeaux (Eugene), Barbara G. Chelette (Donald), the late Rose G. Kidder (Harold), the late Juanita G. Ducote (Francis), the late Joseph Raymond Guillory (Adelina), the late Willard Ray Guillory (Bobbie) and the late Barbara Jean Guillory. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Billy worked at Houma Industries for 38 years and retired from Audubon Engineering. He was a Eucharistic Minster for over 30 years at Immaculate Conception Church. He enjoyed hunting with his son and niece Angela and her husband David, watching Saints and LSU games, carpentry, nature walks and cooking with family. What he loved was spending time with his family.

His funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, and the funeral service will begin at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment to immediate follow at Restlawn Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 3540 US-90, Avondale, LA.
