William David Hilsman

William David Hilsman passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in Marrero, LA at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl Cloutman Hilsman for 30 years. He was the son of the late Floyd "Bill" Duncan Hilsman and Anna Louise Kelly Hilsman. He was the step-son of Dottie Ott Hilsman. He is survived by a son, William Duncan Hilsman (Miranda) and granddaughters Marlee and Makayla. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed going to his camp in Lafitte and partying with family and friends and was always ready for "One More Damn Oyster Party". He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. There will be a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
