William A Lazaro

William A. Lazaro, Sr. passed away on May 4, 2011. He was 101 years of age and a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved husband of the late Delta Mae Dufrene Lazaro. Father of Edgar J. Lazaro, William A. Lazaro, Jr. and Lydia R. Borne. He is survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter and preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 6 brothers and 2 sisters. He is retired from the Merchant Marines and served during World War II. At the request of the family, services were private.
