William “Buddy” Albert Prude

William Albert Prude entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Sandra Guillot Prude. Father of Kelly Stelly, Dana Bourgeois (John), and Janalyn Prude. Grandfather of Brandon Walker (Aimee), Blake Walker (Jessica), John Bourgeois (Sophia), Christopher Bourgeois, Brian Weaver (Brianna), Sandy Kersey, and Stephanie Bergeron. Great-grandfather of Ashlyn, Aiden, Landen, Liam, Cash, and Braxton. Son of the late Mary Cordes Prude and Thomas Prude. Brother of Peggy Frederick, Thomas Prude, Patricia (Nan) Hensley, Katherine (Susie) Prude, and the late Marion Prude. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age 82 years and a resident of Westwego, LA. William was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He served in the United States Navy. He loved woodworking, gardening, trips to the casino, doing his crossword puzzles, and faithfully reading his bible. He will be deeply missed by all. 
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 11 AM.Interment Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, Westwego, LA.
