WILSON William Joseph “Bill” Wilson, owner of Wilson’s Generator Service in Gretna, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse for the past 48 years, passed away Friday, October 14, 2011. Beloved husband for 48 years of Brenda Picone Wilson. Father of Bryan Joseph Wilson (Leigh), Craig Joseph Wilson (Katie), Todd Joseph Wilson (Shantell) and the late Kevin Joseph Wilson (Jenae). Grandfather of Brittney, Skyler, Savannah, Sheldon, Victoria, Victor Wilson and the late Elizabeth and Bryant Wilson. Brother of Evelyn W. Phillips (the late Orlan), Lois W. Warner (the late James) and brother-in-law of Bernard A. Picone. Son of the late William Charles Wilson and Lydia Bergeron Wilson. Mr. Wilson loved to spend weekends with his sons and his friends at his camp on Grand Bayou, LA. His family wishes to convey a special “Thank You” to the staff of Canon Hospice for their very kind and compassionate care. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Ewpy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Parlors will be open Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011 from 9 AM until 11 AM.
