Son of the late Wilson and Violet Blanchard Sr. Brother of the late Cynthia Relayson. Grandfather of Alan Polka, Steven and Justin Louque, Raymond Blanchard, Jr. Great grandfather of Nathan Ourso, Serenity Louque and Aisha Polka. A native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a funeral service in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 1 PM.
