Yvonne Mollere Brown

Yvonne Mollere Brown entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the age of 75.  Beloved wife of the late Rodney Alex Brown.  Loving and devoted mother of Joyce Brown, Ryan Brown (Krissi) and Stacey Brown Troegel (Alex).  Grandmother of Marissa Kinler, Keali Brown, Dierks Troegel, Maggie Troegel and Vada Troegel.  Daughter of the late Elodie Rodriguez Mollere Wood and Alvin Joseph Mollere, Sr.  Sister of Sidney Mollere and the late Alvin Joseph Mollere, Jr.  Yvonne is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and was a resident of Gretna, Louisiana.  She formed many newly friendships at her apartment complex in Gretna.  She was a 1966 graduate of West Jefferson High School; she was previously employed as a Bookkeeper in the Construction Industry.  In addition to spending quality time with her family, she enjoyed exercising, walking and doing word search puzzles.  She loved all animals and she was an avid LSU and Saints Football Fan.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to your favorite Animal Shelter.  Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 9:30AM until 11AM.  Memorial Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11AM.  A Private Interment will take place at a later date.  Family and friends may offer condolences at mothefunerals.com.
