Zerlin J. Smith

Zerlin J. Smith passed away on April 24, 2014 at the age of 63 years. Former husband of Lynn Day. Father of Mindy Day. Brother of Betty Kielty and Lorraine Smith. Son of the late Alma Wagenhauser Smith and Simon Smith. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Zerlin retired from Bellsouth after over 35 years of dedicated service. He was active with the Telephone Pioneers, was an officer in the Krewe of Alla and was a former Democratic State Central Committeeman for the Harvey area.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 10 AM to 11 AM. Memorial Services will follow.
